By placing an order on the Claire’s Collection website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy and all related order records may be used as supporting documentation.
Returns (30 Days)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets our return requirements.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

The product may only have been handled for standard inspection purposes.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process it within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage, strong odors, misuse, or alterations.

In some cases, we may not require the defective item to be returned.
Replacement shipments are usually processed within 7–14 business days, depending on stock availability.
Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and, once confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.
If a package is:

returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
a $35 CAD fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and shipping costs.
Order Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
Under Canadian consumer protection guidelines, you may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your order is already in transit, you may initiate a return after delivery

Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and may affect future purchasing eligibility.
Important Information
Please note the following:

All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or import clearance procedures.

Hygiene-sensitive products that are returned used, worn, or in unsanitary condition cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is not free, and original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
