Return Policy

At Claire's Collection, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product. Below you will find a clear explanation of our return policy.

 


Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions apply:

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition

  • All original tags and labels must still be attached

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted

 


Return Process

  1. Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order via support@claires-collection.com

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China)

  3. The item must be shipped back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping fees

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and traceability

 


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received at the return address and approved upon inspection, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

 


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer

  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer is fully responsible

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
